Hi Ben

Great article. I love the way you map the customer journey vs the objectives of the business.

It reminds me some of the concepts of "Unlock" - https://gtmfit.com/ which has that great idea of "Go-to-Market Fit".

Companies need to map how they reach, nurture, sell and retains customers.. Establishing a GTM that is repeatable is often overlooked by founders.

First time founders focus on product.. and second time founders on distribution!
