Ben - do you usually have CEO's come in with a board seat? What if the company has been operating within the studio for a while and the studio chooses to bring in a new CEO to complement the founder?

Great question. We always have the CEO on the Board, b/c we think it's important that they're participating at that level. If a CEO is coming in to replace the Founder, you'd probably have both on the Board, assuming the Founder is still involved. If the Founder isn't involved, that would be a different story.

This job post has a lot of requirements but nothing on why a right candidate should apply. Perhaps that could be a game changer for getting more applicants?

Thanks for your feedback. We've had over 200 candidates, so quantity isn't an issue.
