Awesome! This is a great Forever Reference that we'll be sure to pass on to other founders. Thank you! PS: our Boring Focus Area is sales and money management for Tradesmen working alone or in teams < 10. And I'm one of them 😅!
Ben, I didnt realize you're in Toronto. I'm in Kingston. We're gearing up to share our story starting in the Fall, maybe I could come by Highline sometime then and tell your folks about Canopy and the topic of blue collar technologies?
This rings so true to me. I've went after the new shiny things quite a few times but always come back to the boring stuff. And true enough, changing user behaviours and displacing the incumbents can be easier said than done even if you're an expert in the field.

Thanks for commenting, Jerome, I appreciate it.
I think it was Jason Cohen @asmartbear who pointed me to your stuff from Twitter , Ben
I’m glad I listened to Jason
I don’t have a startup nor even a product.
But I do solve a very boring problem -- processing business documents like purchase orders for a country unit of a Fortune 500 customer using software
It pays for the bills
Big fan of Jason. And thanks for visiting and checking out my newsletter. I appreciate it.
