AI makes building easier. Figuring out what to build and getting it into the right hands? That's as hard as it's ever been. Welcome to the job you didn't know you had.
The line that stuck with me is that the skills aren't in the tool, the tool accelerates the skills. You have to build the judgment first, or the acceleration just moves you faster in the wrong direction. That's true for product management and pretty much everything else AI touches.
I appreciate you sharing the actual process. Most people just say 'AI is great' or 'AI is overrated' and leave it there. Seeing how you're iterating and layering in your own experience is more helpful.

100%.
I'm learning this over and over again.
I jump into something with AI, both feet, no plan.
It's so-so.
Then I think, "Hold on, you've been building software for 30 years, you know things. How would you do this better?"
Iterate.
Try AI again.
It's better.
Then I think, "OK Ben, infuse more experience and knowledge into this. How do you want things done? Frame them properly."
Over and over.
